Membership plans are required to access our website and app. Once a membership plan is purchased, all features within the website are available for use.
We offer the following payment processing options for our members:
Stripe: This payment processor is currently the #2 payment processor in the world behind Paypal. A member must manually renew their premium membership when they expire. We do not offer recurring charges through Stripe. The system will send an email when the membership plan has expired.
PayU Latam: PayU Latam is an International payment processor that Tulip Singles currently uses in South America. Currently, this is ONLY available to members living in Brazil on a trial basis and if successful, will be expanded to other international countries as necessary. We do not offer recurring charges through PayU Latam. The system will send an email when the membership plan has expired.

Refund Policy
- Recurring subscriptions: We do not offer recurring subscriptions at this time.
- Refunds: All charges for purchases are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used membership plans either. We also cannot freeze a membership plan should you decide to temporarily deactivate your account. No exceptions will be made to this policy for any reason. Please do not purchase a membership plan with us unless you understand this policy.
