Membership Packages and Credit Purchases

 

Membership Packages

Membership packages are required to access the website's features. The price is based on the number of months the membership is active. Once you purchase a membership package all features (except the Boost and Gift service) within the website are available for use. 

Please Note: We have now expanded our payment processors to include PayPal as well as CCBill.  Both payment options provide a safe, reliable, and secure payment experience.  We added PayPal because it has a much larger national and international presence on the internet and we want to make membership purchases easy for everyone. 

Periodically auto-charged recurring subscription packages are ONLY available on Tulip Singles.com with the Bronze Premium (30 days) and Silver Premium (90 days) packages using CCBill.  A member must manually renew the membership package every renewal time period for the Gold Premium (180 days) and Platinum Premium (365 days) packages using CCBill. Recurring memberships are optional and the default payment method for ALL plans is non-recurring.  We do not offer recurring charges through PayPal. Non-recurring packages can be changed at every renewal period. The system will send an email when the membership package has expired. 

Trial Package: You automatically receive a 3-day membership upon initially registering an account on our system. You may purchase additional non-recurring Trial Packages for $7.00 for a 7-day trial extension as many times as you wish and on any expired package to have flexibility at a low cost for membership extensions.  This is useful for members who want just a little more time to communicate with other members upon the expiration of their trial or membership package.  With that said, we do strongly recommend that you purchase the below listed Medallion Plan membership packages as they are a more cost-effective way to enjoy Tulip Singles over a longer period of time.

Bronze Premium Membership Package
Duration: 30 days (1 month)
Automatic recurring payment option: Yes  (Default is set to non-recurring)
Cost: $14.99 per 30 days

Credit Purchases

It is not necessary to purchase credits to enjoy TulipSingles.com.  Credits provide enhancements to a member's user experience. Credits are used to purchase Boosts and the ability to purchase Gifts. 

There are four credit purchasing plans for the purchase of credits to boost your profile and purchase gifts. These are one time purchases only. At most 100 credits cost 1 dollar.  The more credits you purchase the less cost per credit you pay.

Boost Feature

What is the cost of a boost?
A boost costs 50 credits (at most 50 cents). It is deducted from your credit account every time you boost your profile.
 
How does the "Boost profile" work?
 
 
After the user has used the "Boost profile" service, the user will be placed first in the search results (taking into account the data entered in the search filter).

 

For example: Russel used the "Boost profile"
 
 
Russell moves to the first position when his search filter is successfully queried in subsequent searches by other members. The period during which the "Boost profile" works is not limited in duration. A member will stay boosted until other members boost their account.
The user will be shifted from the top position in the search to the right; one position after other users acquire the "Boost profile"

 

When Luis boosts, Russel moves to the right one position.

 
The member will continue to move to the right as other members boost their own profile. If the member boosts again, they will be placed first in the search results (a second time) until other members acquire the “Boost profile." Members can boost as long as they have credits remaining in their account.

 


 

Gift Feature

What is the cost of a Gift?

A gift costs 5 credits (at most 5 cents). It is deducted from your credit account every time you send a gift.

Cancellations and Refunds

Premium Membership Packages

- Cancellation of recurring subscription packages: Cancellation of a recurring subscription package can be requested by emailing support@tulipsingles.com.

- Refunds: Refunds of any one time purchase of any membership packages is at the sole discretion of the management of Tulip Singles LLC and if refunded may be prorated by the amount of time the membership plan was active before a request was sent to management.  A member can request a refund by emailing support@tulipsingles.com.

Credit Purchase - A refund of credit purchases may be given in $5.00 increments and final approval is at the sole discretion of the management of Tulip Singles LLC. Anything less than $5.00 of credits will not be refunded.  If a decision to give a refund of credit purchases is authorized, the credit refund amount will be calculated by taking the number of member credits, subtracting out the free credits based on the purchase amount and calculating the amount of refund. A service fee of 25% will be charged on the balance of the refund amount.
